Claims (1)
- 天板２に外周囲に支持壁３を設けた倒皿形の蒸
し台本体１の、前記支持壁３には多数の上下方向
リブ９を設けると共に、前記天板２には葉子外形
状と同形の複数の凹部４を設け、該凹部４の底面
部５が支持壁３の下端８と面一に形成された蒸し
台を、硬質合成樹脂薄板を使用して真空成形手段
により形成されてなることを特徴とする菓子用蒸
し台。
