- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 探針を用いて試料を検査する装置に使用する探
針をその支持体ごと収容する探針保管容器であつ
て、 探針およびその支持体を収容するための空間と
探針およびその支持体を出し入れするための開口
部とを有する本体と、 本体の開口部を開閉するフタとからなり、 本体やフタに探針が接触しないように探針支持
体を保持する手段が設けられ、 本体またはフタの少なくとも一方には探針を観
察するためのレンズ窓が設けられていることを特
徴とする探針保管容器。
