Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 炭酸ガスを含有する発泡飲料を収納した飲
    料容器内にガス導入管を介して炭酸ガスを供給し
    、この炭酸ガスの圧力により飲料を飲料導入管を
    介して注出弁に導き容器内に分配注出する発泡飲
    料注出装置において、 前記飲料容器が置かれた場所の外気温度を検知
    する外気温度検知手段と、 前記飲料導入管の温度を検知する飲料導入管温
    度検知手段と、 前記ガス導入管を介して飲料容器内に供給され
    る炭酸ガスの圧力を調整するガス圧力調整手段と
    、 前記外気温度検知手段の温度情報と前記飲料導
    入管温度検知手段の温度情報から飲料容器内の飲
    料の温度を算出し、この飲料温度に見合つた適正
    なガス圧力が飲料容器内にかかるように前記ガス
    圧力調整手段を制御する制御装置と、 を具備してなることを特徴とする発泡飲料注出装
    置。 (2) 炭酸ガスを含有する発泡飲料を収納した飲
    料容器内にガス導入管を介して炭酸ガスを供給し
    、この炭酸ガスの圧力により飲料を飲料導入管を
    介して注出弁に導き容器内に分配注出する発泡飲
    料注出装置において、 前記飲料容器が置かれた場所の外気温度を検知
    する外気温度検知手段と、 前記飲料導入管の温度を検知する飲料導入管温
    度検知手段と、 前記ガス導入管を介して飲料容器内に供給され
    る炭酸ガスの圧力を調整するガス圧力調整手段と
    、 前記外気温度検知手段の温度情報と前記飲料導
    入管温度検知手段の温度情報から飲料容器内の飲
    料の温度を算出し、この飲料温度に見合つた適正
    なガス圧力が飲料容器内にかかるように前記ガス
    圧力調整手段を制御する制御装置と、 このガス圧力調整手段により調整されたガス圧
    力を検知して前記制御装置に適正であるか否かを
    フイードバツクするガス圧力検知手段と、 を具備してなることを特徴とする発泡飲料注出装
    置。
