Claims (1)
- 作動ロツドを備えたダイアフラムを多段作動さ
せるダイアフラム装置において、作動ロツド３４
を備えたダイアフラム３１の片側に設けた第１負
圧室３７を隔てて配設した第２しきり板４２と、
第２しきり板４２の片側に設けた第２負圧室４５
を隔てて配設した第３しきり板４３と、第３負圧
室４６とを順に配設し、これらの第２、第３しき
り板４２，４３はダイアフラム３１から離れる方
向に移動可能に構成されると共にダイアフラム３
１に近接する方向への移動を制限する第２、第３
のストツパ３９ｂ，３９ｃと互いに係合し、ダイ
アフラム３１と第２しきり板４２とはそれぞれ第
２しきり板４２と第３しきり板４３と所定の間隔
ｄ１，ｄ２をもつて対向しているとともに、ダイ
アフラム３１、第２しきり板４２及び第３しきり
板４３をそれぞれ付勢する第１、第２、第３スプ
リング５３，５４，５５とを具備したことを特徴
とするダイアフラム装置。
