In the spreading work using a spreading machine, the spreading machine is moved forward on a spreading table (work table), and the end of the fabric that is fed out into a sheet from the original fabric placed on the fabric support mechanism of the spreading machine is After fixing the fabric to the spreading table using the catcher, the fabric is fed out and spread on the spreading table while the spreading machine is moved backward. When the fabric is spread to a predetermined width, the spreading machine is stopped and the spread fabric is cut into cutters. This is done by stacking a predetermined number of fabrics on a spreading table by repeating a series of steps over and over again, including cutting and separating them from the fabric spreading machine.

However, manual loading and retrieval work not only requires a lot of manpower, but also has the problem of harsh working conditions and poor work efficiency. In other words, spreading is not limited to stacking up many pieces of fabric drawn from the same raw fabric, but there are also cases where fabrics drawn from different fabrics are stacked in a predetermined order. It is necessary to load and retrieve heavy raw material many times in order to perform wrapping, which greatly increases the burden on the workers.
Furthermore, when recovering the original fabric, it is necessary to wind up the fabric that has been unwound from the original fabric.
It takes a lot of time and effort to wind it up, which reduces the efficiency of the spreading process.

As shown in FIG. 6, one of the three types of roll-shaped raw fabrics 53 has already finished spreading and is still held by the fabric support mechanism 53, while the other two types are It is assumed that the original fabrics 50 and 51 are placed in order on the original fabric mounting table 35. By pressing the start button on the operation panel 52, a spreading start signal is input to the drive motor 40 and the rotary blade 38 is rotated, and the rotary blade 38 rotates 90 degrees as shown in FIGS. 4 and 7. The limit switch LS 1 is kicked, the drive motor 40 is stopped, and the rotation of the rotating blade 38 is stopped. Further, as the rotary blade 38 rotates, the original fabric 50 placed on the original fabric mounting table 35 climbs over the rising portion 42 of the plate body 43 shown in FIG. 4 and descends to the lower limit position as shown in FIG. 7. The raw material is received on the upper shelf 2 of the lifting unit 1. At this time, as shown in the figure, the original fabric receiving stand 2 is in an untilted position at the original fabric receiving position corresponding to the original fabric mounting table 35;
In other words, the original fabric receiving posture is maintained. When the original fabric 50 is received on the original fabric holder 2, a timer (not shown) is activated.
After a predetermined period of time, the drive motor 23a shown in FIG.
When the lifting unit 1 rises to the upper limit position shown in FIG. At the same time as it stops at the position, the limit switch
The output signal of LS 2 is also input to the motor 48 shown in FIG. 5, the support base 46 of the web support mechanism 33 is pivoted downward, the limit switch LS 6 shown in the same figure is kicked, and the motor 48 is stopped. The support stand 46 also stops, and the original fabric support mechanism 33 is held in the original fabric delivery position. When this happens, the original fabric 53 that has been held by the original fabric support mechanism 33 is discharged as shown by arrow B in FIG. 8 and received by the lower original fabric holder 3.
While the original fabric 53 is being dispensed from the original fabric support mechanism 33, the proximity switch SW detects that the original fabric 53 is being dispensed. The detection signal of the proximity switch SW is input to the motor for rotating the rolls 14 and 15 of the original fabric holder 3, and these rolls 1
4 and 15 rotate in the same direction shown by arrows X and Y in FIG. For this reason, the raw fabric 53 is
It rotates while riding on the cloth 5, and the sheet-like cloth that has been fed out by spreading is wound up onto the raw cloth 53. When this winding is completed, a signal detecting this starts the motor 48, and the support base 46 starts to rotate upward. When the support stand 46 is turned upward and the limit switch LS 3 is kicked, the motor 48 is stopped and the original fabric support mechanism 33 is set to the original fabric receiving posture. After the original fabric support mechanism 33 is in the original fabric receiving position, the limit switch is turned on.
The motor 11 shown in FIG. 2 is started by the LS 3 output signal, and the eccentric cam 10 rotates by a predetermined angle. The eccentric cam 10 tilts the upper sheet holder 2 as shown in FIG. It is in the ejecting position and 50 sheets of raw material are
is transferred to the original fabric support mechanism 33 as shown by arrow C.
The rotation angle of the eccentric cam 10 is controlled by a limit switch LS7 (see FIG. 2). When the original fabric 50 is transferred to the original fabric support mechanism 33 in this way, this is detected by an appropriate means such as a proximity switch (not shown), and the detection signal is used to drive the motor 4.
8 is started, the support stand 46 of the original fabric support mechanism 33 is pivoted upward, and the original fabric support mechanism 33 is maintained in the original fabric holding posture shown by the solid line in FIG. Note that the motor 48 is stopped when the limit switch LS 4 is kicked by the support base. After this, the sheet is fed out from the original fabric 50 and the spreading machine 31 is moved forward and backward, and the above-described spreading is performed. In this embodiment, the original fabric support mechanism 33 is in the original fabric holding position Frame 2 of the device for receiving and delivering gifts
This is detected by the limit switch LS 5 installed at 1, and spreading is started after that, increasing the stability and reliability of the work.

While the fabric spreading machine 31 is spreading the fabric, the fabric 53 received by the fabric receiving table 3 in the lower stage is discharged to the fabric recovery table 36. That is, when the lifting unit 1 is lowered to a predetermined height by the operation of the drive mechanism 23, the plate 13 is lowered as explained in FIG.
The end of the sheet hits the protrusion 22 to prevent its descent, and as the elevating unit 1 further descends, the web holder 3 tilts counterclockwise in the figure around the shaft 18, and the web The ejection position is set. Therefore, the original fabric 53 is discharged from the original fabric receiving table 3 to the original fabric recovery table 36 as shown by arrow D in FIG.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the work of feeding the original fabric from the original fabric mounting table to the original fabric support mechanism of the fabric spreading machine, and the operation of transporting the spread original fabric from the original fabric support mechanism to the original fabric recovery table. When the paper is collected in a machine, the work and the work of winding up the sheet-like fabric that has been unwound from the original fabric onto the original fabric can be performed automatically in a fixed order, which greatly reduces the amount of manpower required for rolling the fabric compared to the past. It is possible to improve the efficiency of the spreading work. Such an effect is particularly noticeable when the fabric is spread, such that fabrics unrolled from different raw fabrics are piled up in a predetermined order.
