イツチ、４は変速レバー部、５は変速レバー、６
はリバーススイツチ、８は制御手段である。

Claims (1)
- シートの肩部に設けられ、運転者が後進しよう
と顔を後方に向けたとき運転者の肩部で押されて
検出ポジシヨンとなりそれ以外のときは非検出ポ
ジシヨンとなるシートスイツチと、変速レバー部
に設けられ、変速レバーが後進位置のとき検出ポ
ジシヨンとなりそれ以外のときは非検出ポジシヨ
ンとなるリバーススイツチと、これらシートスイ
ツチとリバーススイツチとが共に検出ポジシヨン
の場合にのみ車両の後進を許し、さもなければ後
進できないようにする制御手段と、を備えたこと
を特徴とする自動車の後進時暴走防止装置。
