Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ペン構造部とインク溜とペンケースとから
なる万年ペンにおいて、ペン構造部がフエノール
樹脂又はユリア樹脂とガラスとからなる材料で形
成されており、且つ、ペン構造部にインク流通路
及び空気流通路を設けたものであることを特徴と
する万年ペン。 (2) フエノール樹脂又はユリア樹脂と水ガラス
との混合割合が、７：３である請求項１に記載の
万年ペン。 (3) ペン構造部がインク流通路を２本、空気流
通路を２本有し、且つ、ペン先が８面体形状であ
る請求項１に記載の万年ペン。
