- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 流体が流れる弁箱と、該弁箱を流れる流体の
流れを制御する弁体と、該弁体に一端が固定され
前記弁体を駆動する駆動軸とを包含し、該駆動軸
とこの駆動軸を支承する前記弁箱との間の隙間を
上部ベローズシールと下部ベローズシールとで気
密に覆つたことを特徴とする無漏洩弁。 ２ 請求項１記載の無漏洩弁において、前記上部
ベローズシールと下部ベローズシールとで気密に
