At the same size as the pair of holes 16 on the bottom of the shuttle 2, there is a hole 5 in which the pegs 4 and 4' can move freely up and down.
It is perpendicularly drilled into which pecks 4 and 4' are inserted. A U-shaped notch is machined in the lower part of the pegs 4, 4', and is slidably fitted into a plate cam 14 fixed to the frame 13.

' is recessed into the vertical hole 5 of the shuttle zuri 6. FIG. 9 shows that while the shuttle 2 is transferred from inside the opening in the direction of the arrow, the peg 4' follows the plate cam 14, protrudes from the vertical hole 5 of the shuttle slot 6, fits into the shuttle hole 16, and follows the partition plate 3. The peck 4 is shown in the vertical hole 5 of the shuttle shed 6 since it is in the opening after being transferred. The shuttles 2 are housed between the partition plates and are operated as one cycle by moving the stile 13 forward in synchronization and striking the reed, and the plurality of shuttles 2 are each charged into the vertical hole 5 of the shuttle zuri 6 which has received a transfer command. The name is woven by repeating the alternating protruding and fitting of the pecks 4 and 4', moving them from right to left and beating them with a reed.

る。(c) Problems to be solved by the invention During operation, when the shuttle moves further than the position of the shuttle 2 in Fig. 8 and until the tip of the shuttle 2 reaches the partition plate 3 on the right side of the figure, it is transported only by the peck 4. , when the shuttle 2, which is immersed in the vertical hole 5 of the shuttle slit 6 in the opening, is transferred to the left in the drawing, the relationship between the pets 4 and 4' is simply reversed, and only the pets 4' is used. Since the peck 4 is immersed in the vertical hole 5 of the shuttle slide 6 while being transferred, this is also the position where the progress of the shuttle 2 becomes momentarily unstable. The reason for this is that the stile 13 and the shuttle 6
The surface of the bobbin thread 1 and the bottom of the shuttle 2 are both open.
1 and because the gap between the upper thread 10 and the shuttle 2 is small, a slight pressure is always exerted in the direction of the reed 7.

が望まれていたものである。 The shuttles 2 are usually called No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 from Orimae toward the reed 7, and the No. 4 shuttle 2 is attached to the reed 7 because the connecting plate 8 is vertical and in a horizontal line. However, the shuttles 2 from No. 1 to No. 3 are transferred between the partition plates 3 with their tips strongly touching the partition plate 3 on the reed side. It also wears out and gets damaged quickly, which is considered a disadvantage of the Petsku motion method. In addition, in rare cases, even if the forward peck 4 or 4' protrudes, it may not fit into the shuttle hole 16, resulting in a warp breakage failure due to the thrust of the shuttle. However, a solution was desired.

A needle-shaped guide 1 is inserted in the inner part (see (1) in Figure 3), and the tip of the guide 1 is slightly rounded to prevent damage to the warp threads 11 that come in contact with each other when opening. Care has been taken to ensure that this does not occur.

確実な実証が得られたものである。(E) Examples and Effects Normally, narrow width fabrics are constructed so that a number of fabrics can be produced simultaneously on one machine, and the machine is equipped with the needle guide 1 of the present invention embedded in the entire width of the fabric. However, we were able to obtain better results than expected.Firstly, the noise generated during conventional weaving was thought to be the fate of weavers, but with the loom of this invention, the noise has been reduced to the extent that it seems like it has been eliminated. That's what happened. This is also evidence that conventionally, when the shuttle 2 was transferred, the pressure that was always applied from the side caused the shuttle to move in an oval direction and make a loud noise when it came into contact with the partition plate. Furthermore, even when the rotational speed of the loom is increased to the maximum capacity of the jacquard, the shuttle transfer movement is smooth and there is no need to worry about any problems. Naturally, the damage and wear of the shuttle is reduced, and the weaving cloth and selvage are reduced. This is a reliable demonstration that quality can be further improved by being able to produce uniform products.
