いる。[Prior Art] The present applicant has already developed a display panel of this type in which display panels are stretched vertically and horizontally without gaps to form a display wall surface equipped with a hanging structure for hook elements. We proposed a display panel according to No. 26684. In this prior invention, one edge of the panel board in the vertical direction extends to a position where it is not hidden by a flange formed at a position closest to the edge, and a first hooking part is formed at the edge. In addition, the length is set such that the other edge of the panel substrate in the vertical direction is covered with a flange formed at a position closest to the edge, and a second hooking portion is provided at the end. It consists of the following structure: As a result, the display panels can be easily connected to each other, and there are only a few places on the display panels where the screws are fastened, and the screw-fastened parts can be covered with flanges, so the screw-fastened parts are not exposed. The fittings of the multiple display panels are not exposed in appearance, and the beauty of the entire panel stretched over the mounting surface is improved, which is a reasonable result.

However, in this type of display panel, the load of the display item is applied to the flange portion on which the hook element is hung. There were structural problems when converting to In addition, in the panel device of Utility Model Application No. 60-97064, a structure is disclosed in which panels are connected vertically, but the horizontally long protrusion formed by the connecting portion cannot be formed into a box-shaped cross section. However, it has the disadvantage that it cannot increase strength. Furthermore, in the display wall panel of Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-140466, not only does the horizontally elongated protrusion not have a box-shaped cross section, but the hook piece of the holder that serves as the hook element is bent horizontally into a U-shape, resulting in a horizontally elongated opening. Since the structure is such that the opening is inserted into the opening from the top to the bottom, the vertical width of the horizontally elongated opening must be equal to or more than the length of the locking piece, and an increase in size is unavoidable. In particular, since the connecting plate part engages with the fitting groove provided at the lower end of the top plate part, it is not possible to restrict the vertical width of the opening edge of the horizontally long opening part to a narrow width. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention worked hard to develop a structure that can withstand heavy loads without increasing the size of the hook element support portion of the display panel, and came up with the present invention.

The main object of this invention is to make the horizontally long protruding part of the panel board box-shaped in cross section, and to make the hook element abut against the upper wall and the surface wall of the horizontally long projecting part, so that the load applied to the hook element is transferred to the panel board. In addition to making it possible to reduce the size by dispersing them, the horizontally elongated protruding portions are gradually tilted upward so that the hook elements are latched by the abutment between the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion, and an extending portion is provided on the surface wall portion. To provide a vertically connectable display panel which is further miniaturized by making it difficult for a hook element to fall out and narrowing the vertical width of a horizontally long opening as much as possible.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides horizontally long protrusions for hooking a hook element to a panel substrate stretched over a mounting surface in multiple stages above and below so as to have a substantially box-shaped cross section, and the vertically adjacent horizontally long protrusions In a hook hanging structure for a display panel in which a horizontally long opening for inserting a hook element is formed between the hooks, (a) the horizontally long protrusion has an upper wall portion that gradually slopes upward, and a horizontally long protrusion that connects to the top wall portion at a downwardly spaced position; It consists of a lower wall portion that extends in parallel, and a surface wall portion that hangs down from the distal end side of the upper wall portion and has an extension portion that extends beyond the distal end side of the lower wall portion; an upper hook part that abuts along the upper wall; a hook base that hangs down from the tip of the hook base that abuts along the surface wall; and a lower latch part whose lower end surface abuts along the upper wall of the horizontally long protrusion that is disposed at a lower level than the horizontally long protrusion, and an upwardly protruding part that protrudes upward from the base end of the upper latch part. (c) a horizontally long opening in which the height of the upward projecting portion is shorter than the vertical width of the horizontally long opening and is narrowed by the lower end of the extending portion of the surface wall; (d) a first hook formed at the upper end of the panel board extending above the horizontally elongated protrusion at the top of the panel board; (e) providing a supporting protrusion that protrudes outward below the first hooking part and above the uppermost horizontally elongated protrusion; (f) an upper wall protruding outward from the panel board; and a surface wall that hangs down from the tip side, and when multiple display panels are stretched vertically on the mounting surface without any gaps, the tip of the supporting protrusion of the adjacent lower panel board is connected to the surface wall. (g) a lower end of the surface wall of the lowermost horizontally elongated protrusion; (h) each of a pair of latching means in which the second latching part and the second latching part are mutually removable; We have taken the technical measure of consisting of component parts.

The horizontally elongated protruding portion of the panel substrate is connected to the upper wall, the lower wall, and the surface wall to form a substantially box-shaped cross section, and has a structure that can withstand heavy loads. The horizontally elongated protrusion gradually slopes upward, the upper hook part of the hook element abuts along the upper wall, the hook base abuts along the surface wall,
Since the lower hook portion abuts along the upper wall of the horizontally long protrusion located below the horizontally long protrusion, the load applied to the hook element is distributed to the horizontally long protrusion having a substantially box-shaped cross section. Furthermore, even if the hook element slides outward (in the direction of leaving the horizontally long opening), the upward protrusion formed on the top wall abuts the extended portion of the surface wall on the inside, so that the hook element does not move. There is no risk of it falling out from the horizontally long opening. In this way, even if the vertical width of the horizontally long opening is narrow, the hook element can be engaged with the horizontally long protrusion because the extending portion is provided. Furthermore, when connecting display panels above and below, the horizontally elongated protrusion at the bottom hides the fixing means such as mounting screws used to secure the lower display panel to the surface to which it is attached, thereby reducing the design of the connecting part. The effectiveness of the target is increased. Furthermore, since the bottom side of the horizontally long protrusion is open, it is supported by the support protrusion formed on the display panel below, and has a box-shaped cross-section like the other horizontally long protrusions. Therefore, it can withstand heavy loads. As the horizontally long protrusions collide, an extension is formed on the lowest horizontally long protrusion, so it is possible to hang hook elements in the same way as other horizontally long protrusions, even at the connecting part of the panel board. becomes.

Preferred embodiments of the display panel of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The display panel 1 shown in FIG.
Horizontally long protrusions 3 for hooking 0 are provided vertically in multiple stages so as to have a substantially box-shaped cross section, and horizontally long openings 8 for inserting hook elements 10 are provided between vertically adjacent horizontally long protrusions 3.
It consists of a shape that has been formed. That is, the horizontally elongated protruding portion 3 includes an upper wall portion 4 that gradually projects upwardly from a vertically spaced position on one side of the panel substrate 2, and a lower wall portion that extends from below substantially parallel to the upper wall portion 4. 6, and a surface wall portion 5 that is bent from the tip side of the upper wall portion 4 and continues to the lower wall portion 6 hangs down in the vertical direction. The surface wall portion 5 has an extending portion 7 extending in the hanging direction beyond the tip side of the lower wall portion 6. Further, the panel substrate 2 has a first hooking portion 21 formed at the upper end of the panel substrate 2 that extends upward from the uppermost horizontally elongated protrusion 3A on the panel substrate. In the case of this embodiment, the first hooking portion 21 is formed of a step wall portion that is recessed in the longitudinal direction by an amount corresponding to the wall thickness of the panel substrate 2 and has an L-shaped cross section. The stepped wall portion 21 connects the panel substrate 2 to a wall surface, a pillar,
This is to form a connecting groove 24 for connecting the panel with the mounting surface W when the mounting surface of a fixture or the like is fixed and stretched by fixing means such as screws. Further, on the surface side of the first hooking part 21 near the base, there is a linear groove part 28 along the stepped wall part 21 that guides the position of screw hole drilling (position in the height direction) when screwing. is perforated in the width direction. A supporting protrusion 23 is formed to protrude below the first hooking part 21 to the groove part 28 and above the uppermost horizontally elongated protrusion 3A. The supporting projection 23 has substantially the same shape as the lower wall 6 of the horizontally long projection 3. Further, the lowermost horizontally long protruding portion 3Z on the panel board 2 is different from the horizontally long protruding portions 3 disposed at other positions.
Unlike the shape of , it has a vertical L-shape in cross section in which only the upper wall portion 4 and the surface wall portion 5 are connected. Further, the lowermost end of the panel substrate 2 is set shorter than the lower end of the surface wall portion 5 of the horizontally long protruding portion 3Z at the lowermost stage, and a second hooking portion 22 is formed at the tip thereof. In the case of this embodiment, the second hooking portion 22 is made of a tapered piece that gradually becomes narrower in the thickness direction toward the bottom, and the step wall portion that is the first hooking portion 21 is attached to the surface to which it is attached. It is formed so that it can be easily inserted into the connecting groove formed between it and W. The first hook portion 21 and the second hook portion 22 are the eighth hook portion 21 and the second hook portion 22.
As shown in the figure, it is sufficient to consist of a pair of hooks or other components that are mutually removable, and it goes without saying that the hooking structure does not need to be limited to the shape and configuration of this embodiment. be. Next, when a plurality of the above-mentioned display panels 1 are to be hung on the mounting surface W such as a wall surface or a support, positions at appropriate intervals are selected in advance in the groove portion 28 of the display panel 1 for drilling screw holes. Drill screw hole 28A with a drill etc. First, one display panel 1 is stretched. The tensioning is performed by fixing the upper end side of the panel substrate 2 to the mounting surface W with screws V through the screw holes 28A. In this fixed state, an upward connecting groove 24 is formed between the first hooking portion 11 on the upper end side of the panel substrate 2 and the mounting surface W. Therefore, the second hook part 22 formed at the lower end of the panel substrate 2 of the next display panel 1 (to be installed directly above it) is fitted into the connection groove part 24 and aligned. As a result, as shown in FIG. The fixing portion by the screw V is covered and hidden by the surface wall portion 5 of the lowermost horizontally long protrusion portion 3Z of the next display panel 1. At this time, the tip of the support protrusion 23 comes into contact with the lower half way part of the inner wall surface of the surface wall 5 of the horizontally long protruding part 3Z at the lowest level, and the lower wall part 6 of the horizontally long protruding part 3Z at the lowest level.
The installation position will be as follows. As a result, the lowermost horizontally long protrusion 3Z has the same shape and configuration as the other horizontally long protrusions 3. That is, there is no possibility that the lower wall of the horizontally long protrusion 3Z at the lowest stage is absent, such as the hook element 10 described below entering the hollow interior of the horizontally long protrusion 3Z and getting caught. By supporting the surface wall portion 5 against force and load from the front, the stress can be dispersed and the strength can be increased. In addition, aesthetically, the bottom opening of the lowermost horizontally long protrusion 3Z is closed by the support protrusion 23, so the support protrusion 23 is shaded by the horizontally long opening, and the other horizontally long protrusions 3, 3,・It can exhibit the same appearance as ・It can enhance the aesthetic appearance. In addition, as shown in FIG.
A bearing protrusion 23 is provided on at least the back surface of the surface wall portion 5 of Z.
It is preferable to form abutting pieces 51 that abut against each other from above, so that the load applied from above can be distributed to the panel substrate 2, and the heavy load of the display article can be withstood. This abutment piece 51 may be formed on the front end side of the bearing protrusion 23. Further, a latching means 52 may be provided together with this abutting piece 51 or in place of this abutting piece. That is, the front end portion of the support protrusion 23 and the horizontally long protrusion 3 at the lowermost stage of the display panel disposed above it.
It is also possible to form a pair of hooking members on the back surface of the front wall 5 of the Z, as shown in FIG. 6, which can be freely engaged and detached. Alternatively, the structure may be such that the hook or abutting portion is provided only on the side of the supporting protrusion 23. In short, as long as the bearing protrusion 23 and the back surface (back surface) of the surface wall of the horizontally long protrusion at the lowest level can receive the load almost integrally, the shape and structure of the abutting piece or the latching means do not matter. do not have. In this way, the upper edge of the next display panel 1 is fixed to the mounting surface in the same manner as the first display panel. In this way, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of display panels 1, 1 are successively stretched in a connected state. When the display panel 1 is stretched on the uppermost stage, the first hooking part 21 is exposed while being fixed with the mounting screws, so the cover member C can be attached as shown in FIG. 9, for example. May be worn. This cover member C is connected to the ceiling surface and the first hooking part 21.
In the illustrated example, the second hook part 2 is attached to one side of the horizontal top surface part C1.
A third hanging part C2 having the same structure as 2 is vertically provided, and a cover surface wall part C3 having the same appearance as the surface wall part of the horizontally long protrusion at the lowermost stage is formed on the opposite side. It's summery. An abutment piece or a hooking means formed on the surface wall portion 5 of the horizontally long protrusion portion 32 at the lowermost stage may be provided on the back surface (rear surface) of the cover surface wall portion C3. Furthermore, if the cover surface wall portion C3 or the top surface portion C1 of the cover member C is made of a flexible or elastic material, even if the space between the ceiling surface and the first hooking portion 21 is narrow, The flexible or elastic portion can be bent and installed. Next, the hook element 10 used in this display panel 1 has an upwardly directed protrusion 14, as is clearly seen in FIG.
an upper hook portion 11 having a hook base portion 12;
It has a substantially channel-shaped cross section with a lower hooking part 13. That is, the upper hanging part 11 has an inner wall surface 11A that is set at substantially the same angle as the upper wall part 4 of the horizontally long protruding part 3 of the display panel 1, so that the contact area can be increased. The hook base 12 that hangs down from the tip of the upper hook 11 has a flat surface, and is provided with a protruding shaft member for hanging a product or a stay (not shown) for configuring a display shelf. It is composed of In this embodiment, the upward protrusion 14 formed on the upper hooking part 11 has a series of configurations that protrude obliquely upward, but it may be a configuration that partially protrudes in the shape of a claw. It does not matter whether it is formed into a series of curves as in this embodiment or punched out in the shape of a claw. Furthermore, the upward protrusion 14 may be formed separately and fixed to the insertion end on the upper hooking part 11 or the vicinity thereof. The height 14H of the upward protrusion 14 is shorter than the length H1 of the horizontally long opening 8 of the display panel 1, and the horizontally long opening is narrowed by the lower end of the extending portion 7 of the surface wall 5. Vertical width of the rim of part 8
The length is set longer than H2. As mentioned above, the shape and configuration of the upward protrusion 14 does not matter as long as it falls within this range of dimensions. Then, this hook element 10 is attached to the display panel 1.
In order to hook the hook element 10 into the horizontally long opening 8, if you try to insert the hook element 10 straight into the horizontally long opening 8, the upward protrusion 14 will collide with the extension 7 of the horizontally long protrusion 3 and the insertion will not be possible. The upward protrusion 14 is rotated (tilted) downward as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 1, and the upper hook 11 is inserted into the horizontally long opening 8 while avoiding the extension 7. Then, the hook base 12 to the lower hook 13 are rotated as shown by the arrows and fitted into the horizontally elongated protrusion 3 so that the inner wall side of the hook base 12 abuts. Therefore, this hook element 10 is connected to the upper catch part 1
The inner wall of the lower hook 13 abuts the upper wall 4 of the oblong protrusion 3, and the outer wall of the lower hook 13 abuts the outer wall of the upper wall 4 of the oblong protrude 3, so that the left and right There is no deviation in direction. Further, in the front-rear direction, since the upward protrusion 14 abuts against the extending portion 7 of the laterally elongated protrusion 3, there is no risk of it falling out parallel to the laterally elongated opening 8. In other words, in the case of the embodiment, the hook element 10 cannot be removed from the horizontally elongated opening 8 unless it is rotated or tilted counterclockwise, so it cannot be pulled out simply by sliding back and forth in parallel, and the hook element 10 cannot be pulled out. It can be stopped. In this embodiment, the horizontally elongated protrusion 3 has a parallelogram cross section that gradually slopes upward, but in short, a square cross section can disperse the load of display items and withstand heavy loads. Moreover, the shapes of the plurality of horizontally long protrusions 3 on this one display panel 1 may or may not be the same. In addition, the panel board may be in continuous contact with the mounting surface W as in this embodiment, or the panel board may be in contact with the mounting surface W in a continuous manner, or a gap may be formed between the upper wall portion 4 and the lower wall portion 6 as shown in FIG. It doesn't matter what shape it is. Furthermore, it does not matter whether the horizontally long protrusion 3 protrudes outward from one side of the panel substrate or from both sides. If the display panel 1 is curved in a series in the left-right direction, the display wall surface can be formed in a curved shape, as shown in FIG. 8, and furthermore, the display wall surface can be formed in a cylindrical shape. It is preferable to apply a pattern such as a line drawing to the surface wall of the horizontally long protrusion of this display panel, since this can further enhance the decorativeness.

I can do it. Furthermore, even if the display panel is made smaller and lighter, it is still possible to hang the same display items as before. When the hook element is inserted into the horizontally long opening and is latched, the hook element collides with the extended part of the surface wall and cannot be easily removed if an impact or a straight force is applied in the pulling direction. can be stopped and reliability can be increased. In addition, since the hook element and the horizontally elongated protrusion are brought into contact with each other on the upwardly sloping surface, there is no need to set the horizontally elongated opening widely, allowing for further miniaturization or higher density, as well as a design effect. can also be increased. Since the horizontally long protrusion at the bottom of the display panels arranged above and below each other is open at the bottom, its strength is weakened, but it can be supported by the support protrusion of the display panel arranged below. It is possible to maintain the same strength as other horizontally long protrusions, and an extension part is also formed on the bottom surface wall, so the upper hooking part of the hook element can be hooked in the same way as the other horizontally long protrusions. It is possible.
