<Prior art> Conventionally, this type of thin and lightweight latex boots include those described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 31-14252,
The thin-walled trunk of the boots is formed into a wave shape in the cylindrical direction (height direction) to maintain a thin wall and light weight while imparting elasticity in the lateral direction to improve ease of wear. , and provided shape retention in the cylindrical direction (height direction) to prevent it from slipping off during wear.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, the cylindrical direction of the thin-walled trunk section is simply made into a wave shape, and the expansion and contraction beyond the amount necessary for wearing the shoes is not suppressed in any way, and the expansion and contraction is not suppressed. Because there was a risk of overextension, there was a problem that the torso tube extended too much in the lateral direction while walking, making it difficult to walk.

The present invention was devised in view of the problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to provide shape retention and elasticity while reducing thickness and weight, and furthermore, the elasticity makes it easier to walk. The purpose is to ensure that it does not cause any hindrance.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The technical means achieved by the present invention to achieve the above object is to provide a folding line extending in the cylindrical direction of the barrel part of the boot body at an appropriate position of the barrel barrel part of the boot body. The supporting corrugated portion is integrally formed with the boot body using latex in a suitably thin shape, and the supporting corrugated portion is constructed by sandwiching a reinforcing material made of strong fibers between the inner and outer surfaces, and the reinforcing material is constructed in a substantially sash-like shape with a large number of warp threads arranged in parallel and weft threads arranged at desired intervals in the lateral direction of the weft threads, and the warp threads are arranged parallel to the folding lines on the inner and outer surfaces. This is what is happening.

<Function> By means of the above-mentioned technical means, the entire body cylinder part is formed into one piece with an appropriately thin wall thickness, and the supporting corrugated part expands and contracts in the lateral direction, and the inner and outer parts of the supporting corrugated part The trunk tube section stands on its own due to the folding lines on both sides and the warp threads of the webbing reinforcing material.

Further, the reinforcing material is woven in the form of a blind with a large number of warp threads arranged side by side, and the weft threads are spaced at desired intervals in the transverse direction and are sandwiched between the inner and outer surfaces, thereby suppressing excessive elongation in the transverse direction.

The supporting waveform part b is for supporting the soft and easily bendable thin-walled body cylinder part 1 in the cylindrical direction and making the body cylinder part 1 self-supporting. It is formed of an inner surface 5, an outer surface 6, and a reinforcing material 4 sandwiched between the inner and outer surfaces 5, 6, which are arranged so that the folded lines 2 arranged in parallel in the waveform face in the cylindrical direction. The reinforcing material 4 is made of high-strength fibers such as synthetic fibers such as nylon, glass fibers, and steel fibers, and is woven with weft threads 4b at desired intervals in the lateral direction of warp threads 4a arranged in parallel. As a result, it is formed into a substantially blind-like shape, and when it is sandwiched between the inner and outer surfaces 5 and 6, each folding line 2... and the warp threads 4a... are arranged so as to be parallel to each other.

In addition, due to this supporting waveform part b, expansion and contraction of the trunk tube part 1 in the circumferential direction is greater than other parts, and ventilation from the upper end is improved, and this expansion and contraction makes it easy to put on and take off during use. It becomes easier.

Note that the sole portion 3 may be appropriately thickened, or only the supporting corrugated portion b may be formed appropriately thicker than the other flat portions of the trunk tube portion 1, and the supporting corrugated portion b may be appropriately thickened.
By appropriately increasing the thickness, the shape retention of the boots A1 is further improved.

The latex constituting the boots A1 includes:
Natural rubber latex whose main component is polyisoprene, synthetic rubber latex such as acrylonitrile-butadiyune rubber, resin latex such as vinyl chloride resin, polyacrylic acid ester, etc. can be used, and these latexes can be used alone or in combination as appropriate. This is what I use. Vulcanizing agents, vulcanization accelerators, plasticizers, stabilizers, etc. are appropriately added to the latex as required.

Then, using a foot-shaped mold having a waveform corresponding to the supporting corrugated part b, this mold is immersed in a dipping liquid containing the aforementioned latex, and a coating layer is formed along the outer surface of the mold, and then a coating layer is formed along the outer surface of the mold. The reinforcing material 4 is attached to the reinforcing material 4, and the entire mold or only the part to which the reinforcing material 4 is attached is immersed in the dipping liquid again to perform integral molding.

<Effects of the invention> The present invention consists of a thin-walled latex boot body with folding lines extending in the direction of the cylinder, both inner and outer surfaces, and strong fibers sandwiched between the inner and outer surfaces. A supporting corrugated part is provided, and the reinforcing material has a substantially sash-like shape formed by a large number of warp threads arranged in parallel and weft threads arranged at desired intervals in the lateral direction of the warp threads. Because it is woven into a thin, lightweight fabric, it has elasticity in the lateral direction, making it easier to wear, and it also retains its shape in the cylindrical direction, preventing it from slipping off while being worn. Even if the boots are designed to provide long-wearing boots, the reinforcing material made of strong fibers prevents them from expanding or contracting beyond what is necessary when wearing them, making it difficult to walk as the supporting corrugations stretch too much when walking. The product becomes very convenient and easy to use without this problem, and as a result, the commercial value of the thin and lightweight latex boots is improved.
