- 被測定デバイスを供給するトレーを、収納用ト
レーとして使う機能を持つた水平搬送式のハンド
ラにおいて、前記被測定デバイスを前記トレーか
ら着脱する為のハンドに、測距センサを取付けた
ことを特徴とするハンドラ。
