【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は建築用土台木の腐蝕を防止する為に使
用する建築用土台木の腐蝕防止板に係るものであ
る。

(ロ) 従来の技術及び本考案が解決しようとする問
題点 従来、建築物に使用する土台木は一般にコンク

を計つたものであるが、この土台木はコンクリー
ト基礎の上に直接取付けてある為、湿気を吸収し
易いコンクリートの性質から基礎上に取付けた土
台木も湿気におかされ易い為、短期間で腐蝕する
とか害虫の侵蝕を受けるので長期に亘り家屋を歪
みなく支持することは期待出来なかつた。

(ハ) 問題点を解決する為の手段 本考案は従来の建築物に上記の様な欠点がある
のに鑑み、コンクリート基礎と土台木との接触を
遮断してコンクリート基礎が吸収する湿気が土台
木に浸透しない様にする為、吸湿性を有しない合
成樹脂製の帯状板をコンクリート基礎と土台木と
の間に挟み付けて、土台木の腐蝕を防止すると共
に害虫、例えば白蟻等に侵されない様に合成樹脂
板の成形時に材料中に防虫剤を混入して防虫の効
果をも発揮させる様にすると共に、更にコンクリ
ート基礎と土台木との間に合成樹脂製の帯状板を
挟み付ける作業を容易にする為合成樹脂製帯状板
の外側縁に鈎型の屈曲部を設け、内側縁に互に反
対向きに接合用の切欠部を設けることによりコン
クリート基礎の厚みの変化に応じて切欠部の接合
度合を長短に調整することにより、帯状板を容易
にコンクリート基礎の上面に厚みに関係なく緊密
に嵌着出来る様にして、帯状板をコンクリート基
礎と土台木との間に挟み付ける作業を容易にした
ものである。

なく然も帯状板には防虫剤が含滲させてあるか
ら、土台木は湿気により腐蝕することもなく害虫
により浸蝕されることもないので、建築用土台木
の腐蝕防止板として大きな効果を発揮するもので
ある。殊に本考案に於ては帯状板を左右一対によ
り構成し、その外側縁には鈎型の屈曲部を設け内
側縁には接合用の切欠部を設けてあるから、コン
クリートの基礎の厚みに応じて帯状板の接合度合
を調整しながら基礎の上面に緊密に容易に合致さ
せることが出るから、作業が極めて容易になるの
で作業に要する労力を大幅に節減することも出来
るものである。
