Claims (1)
- 対向して配設し磁気的に結合してなる１対のヨ
ークの一方の内面に永久磁石を固着し、永久磁石
と対向するヨークとの間に形成した磁気空隙内に
、一端に可動コイルを他端に機能部材を各々固着
して揺動自在に形成してなるアームの可動コイル
を前記永久磁石の面に沿つて移動自在に配設して
なる揺動型アクチユエータにおいて、永久磁石を
成形方向と直角方向に磁化容易軸を有すると共に
磁化容易軸の方向に着磁して形成すると共に、可
動コイルの移動範囲の中央部およびその近傍と対
向するヨークの内面に凹部を形成したことを特徴
とする揺動型アクチユエータ。
