Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent giving an elevator passenger an uncomfortable sense of blowing sound even when the elevator is in high speed traveling, by equipping a drain tank of a peneumatic air conditioning device with an external surface of wind baffling property, locating this tank on the bottom surface side of a cage floor, and arranging an extra-room heat-exchanger while surface unevenness is lessened over the vertical outer wall surface of the cage. CONSTITUTION:A pump unit 10 of an air-conditioner installed at an elevator cage 1 is mounted through utilization of the space bounded by the ceiling 1b of the cage and the ceiling cover 1c. Because a drain tank 4' has an external surface of wind baffling property, the air received by the lower part of the cage can be baffled when the cage 1 is sinking, and further an extra-room heat-exchanger 9 is arranged while the surface unevenness is lessened over the vertical outer wall surface of the cage wall 1e, so that no turbulent air flow will be generated around the external-room heat-exchanger 9. This suppresses generation of blowing sound likely to occur when the cage is sinking, prevents discomfort of passengers in the cage, and provides an enhanced sense of riding comfort within the cage.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] A conventional elevator car device has an indoor heat exchanger that cools and heats the air in the car room (lf) in the space between the car ceiling (1b) and the car cover (1c). (5) and a blower (8), and a hanging frame (2) is installed on the bottom of the car floor (1d).
) is fixed, and the air conditioning unit (3) and drain tank (4) are placed on this hanging frame (2). Furthermore, since the air conditioning unit (3) incorporates an outdoor heat exchanger with a blower, the outer periphery of the hanging frame (2) is generally not covered with a cover or the like.

For this reason, the lower part of the car (1) in particular has a complicated shape with many unevenness, and when the car (1) descends, the air in the hoistway flows into the hanging frame (2), the air conditioning unit (3), and the drain tank. (4) generates turbulence, and the wind noise caused by this turbulence causes discomfort to the passengers in the car (1). In particular, the elevator speed of the car (1) is 150 per minute.
This effect was significant for high-speed elevators exceeding m.
