本発明は上記のような構成をとったので、略U字形の基

状部で平均して分散支持するので、該部へ集中的な受圧
が生じることなく、褥瘉の発生や血行障碍もなく、安心
して手術を実行できる。また、弯曲部に続く延伸部によ
り両胸の外方及び腹部の外方からの支持もあり、腹部圧
迫も生じないと共に体重の分散効果が顕著で手術時にお
ける出血量を減少することができ、術後においても局所
