Copolymerization of cyano group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomers has been carried out. Therefore, in order to impart a high degree of solvent resistance to the resin composition, it is necessary to increase the proportion of the cyano group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer, usually from 30 to 40% by weight. However, it is generally difficult to stably carry out emulsion polymerization of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer mixture containing a high proportion of cyano group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomers, and the emulsion polymerization has not yet been obtained. In order to use water-dispersible resins stably, it is necessary to use many emulsifiers. However, a dried coating film formed using a water-dispersible resin with a high emulsifier content has a drawback of poor water resistance.

However, when attempting to copolymerize a large amount of a divinyl compound, a large amount of coagulated material is generated during polymerization, so there is a limit to the amount that can be used. Therefore, even with this method, it is difficult to obtain a resin composition with excellent solvent resistance. Can not.

) usage ratio is (B)/(C)=25/75~
It is necessary that the ratio be in the range of 75/25, preferably 2/3 to 3/2. Outside this range, the resulting water-dispersible resin will have a high viscosity and will have poor solvent resistance, water resistance, and drying properties. Each characteristic of the resin composition is like this (B)
The fact that the ratio of components (C) and (C) is affected suggests that a crosslinking reaction occurs between carboxyl groups and glycidyl groups in the resin composition, but this does not limit the idea of the present invention. It's not something you do.
