Claims (1)
- ボビンに巻回されている下糸残量が所定量にな
つたときミシン本体を停止制御するミシン制御装
置であつて、ミシン本体の格納部に回転可能に格
納されたボビンの側面に対向して配置され同側面
に形成されたボビン穴を検出するセンサ、同セン
サの検出信号を増幅整形してパルス信号を成形す
るパルス成形手段、同成形手段から出力されるパ
ルス信号をサンプリングして保持するサンプリン
グ手段、サンプリングされたパルス信号を計数す
るカウント手段、予め設定された基準パルス数と
前記カウント手段により計数されたパルス信号数
を比較して両方の値が一致したとき制御信号を出
力する比較手段、及び前記制御信号に基づいて前
記ミンシ本体を停止制御する制御手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とするミシン制御装置。
