-The one shown in No. 16417 is also known. In this known invention, the heat insulation board and the roof board (architectural board) are supported solely by the cross-beam members such as the purlin and the rim, each having a U-shaped cross section. In particular, the engagement part of the roof board in the direction of the eave is supported. When engaging, a simple structure is adopted in which the locking is done only by the protrusions protruding within the cross beam material without using any hangers.

Because there are only two buildings, rainwater and other water can enter the building through large steps.
Another problem was that it was prone to leaking.

As mentioned above, due to the simple structure in which the engaging parts of the roof plates are locked only by the protrusions protruding into the cross beams without using hangers, snow loads and the loads of workers during construction work are reduced. If an action to move the roof shingle toward the eaves occurs, as it only locks the protrusions, there is a risk that the entire roof surface will fall under the eaves, making it unsuitable for implementation. There was a problem.

This prevents the appearance of a roof with a large step from being damaged, and also prevents rain from leaking by giving due consideration to the rain closure structure where the face plate engages. It also improves the design of the roof. The aim is to provide a horizontal roof that can be constructed by workers alone.

The present invention provides for a horizontal roof that has a large step at least in part in the direction of the eave ridge, in which metal rafters 10 are fixed on a support member such as a concrete frame 9 and a main building, and a step member 11 is fixed on the metal rafters 10. The eave side end of the hard base material 13 is supported on the tiering member 11, and the ridge side end of the base material 13 is supported on the metal rafter 10, and the eave side of the tiering member 11 is supported. The lower part and the back surface of the hanging part 14c of the face plate 14 are supported, and the hanger 16 step part 1
6d is provided, and the upper end of this reinforcing plate 17 is connected to the stepped member 11.
At the same time, the face plate 14 is horizontally roofed on the base material 13 to form a large step between the face plates adjacent in the direction of the eave ridge, and an engagement provided at the ridge side edge of the face plate 14 on the eave side. Part 14
b is engaged with an engaging part 14d provided on the eaves side edge of the face plate 14 on the ridge side via a hanging part 14c, and is engaged and held by the hanger 16 fixed to the rafter 10. .

In the horizontal roof according to the present invention, even if the hanging part provided at the eave side edge of the ridge side face plate becomes long to create a large step, the back side of the hanging part is fixed to the metal rafters at the top and bottom ends. In addition to being supported by the tiering member and the hanger, a reinforcing plate placed close to the back side of the hanging part was interposed between the tiering member and the hanger.
The hanging portion is less likely to be deformed when external force is applied to it, and therefore the appearance of the roof can be prevented from being damaged.

In addition, in the present invention, a plurality of face plates may be laid horizontally in the direction of the eave ridge on the base material located at the same position in the direction of the eave ridge, and the effective width of all the face plates may be made the same, but as in the embodiment, If only the face plate located on the ridge side of a large step is roofed with a single face plate that has a wider effective width than the base material located at the same position in the direction of the eave ridge, the overall design of the roof will be further improved.
Further, an arbitrary number of portions having large steps can be provided at arbitrary locations in the direction of the eaves of the roof, and the entire portion may have large steps.
