、先端側外周部に適宜箇所でリブ１９を設けて後
端を閉塞して天井部２１を形成した有底筒状のイ
ンナーキヤツプ１８を上記リブ１３先端の段部１
６とリブ１９後端の段部２０との間にばね２４を
附勢した状態で上記内孔１０に挿入して移動可能
とし、弾性的に係合部１２にインナーキヤツプ１
８の先端部を係止して筆記体の挿入側への移動が
阻止されると共に、インナーキヤツプ１８の先端
から孔８にいたる内孔１０と外気を連通した空気
流通路が形成され、内孔１０に筆記体２を挿入し
て軸部３に設けた係合部４が上記キヤツプの係合
部１１に嵌着した時、軸部３の先方部位が上記シ
ール部材２３に密嵌し、筆先部５の先端がシール
部材２３の後端壁に圧接した状態でインナーキヤ
ツプ１８が後退して、天井部２１がキヤツプの後
端面１５に略面一となるように構成したことを特
