Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 先端が封止されたセラミツクス製チユーブの外
周面および内周面に、白金からなる外側電極帯お
よび内側電極帯がコーテイングされ、筒状絶縁体
の一方端とセラミツクス製チユーブ基端面との間
に円板状のコンタクトプレートを支持させるとと
もに、筒状絶縁体の他方端に密着して取り付けら
れたラバー製のブツシユに、コンタクトプレート
に接続されたリード線を挿通させるようにしたＯ
２センサにおいて、 コンタクトプレートと略同形状で略同寸法の導
電材からなる円板体をコンタクトプレートに密着
して取り付け、この円板体をセラミツクス製チユ
ーブ基端面に当接させて、この円板体と上記内側
電極帯とを導通させるようにしたことを特徴とす
るＯ２センサ。
