Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸に沿つた高圧室と低圧室との間を、この
    回転軸を取り囲むように設けられた複数のフイン
    を有するシールリングによつてシールするラビリ
    ンスシール装置において、前記シールリングを保
    持するケーシングに前記シールリングの外周に沿
    つて相対向するように設けた複数の電磁石と、前
    記シールリングに前記回転軸へ向けて相対向する
    ように設けられ、前記シールリングと前記回転軸
    との半径方向隙間を計測するための複数の変位計
    と、この変位計からの信号によつて前記電磁石へ
    流す電流を制御して前記シールリングと前記回転
    軸との半径方向隙間を所定量に保持させるように
    する制御装置とから成るラビリンスシール装置。
