Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに異なる向きに配置され、加熱された状態
でその熱を奪われることによつて出力が変化する
複数のヒータ用温度センサ、 前記複数のヒータ用温度センサのうちの１つを
含むブリツジ回路、 前記ブリツジ回路の出力信号が入力されるオペ
アンプ、 前記オペアンプの出力側に接続され、前記複数
のヒータ用温度センサにフイードバツクするため
のフイードバツク用トランジスタ、 前記複数のヒータ用温度センサのすべての出力
信号が入力され、前記ヒータ用温度センサの出力
信号から風向を検出するための第１の信号処理回
路、および 前記オペアンプの出力信号および前記第１の信
号処理回路の出力信号が入力され、検出した風向
から前記オペアンプの出力信号を補正して風速を
検出するための第２の信号処理回路を含む、風速
センサ。
