    ルブボデイと、 前記ガイド穴に摺動自在に嵌装され、該ガイド
    穴の前記一端部側と前記他端部側とを連通する流
    体流路をそなえた弁体と、 前記弁体の端部に突設され前記バルブボデイを
    貫通する突軸と、 前記弁体内に設けられ前記一端部側から前記他
    端部側への前記流体流路内の流体の流れを阻止す
    る逆止弁と、 前記弁体を前記一端部側に向う方向に付勢する
    ばねと、 前記バルブボデイに固設され前記弁体の前記他
    端部側への移動時に前記逆止弁を開放するロツド
    と、 前記突軸の突出および／または引込状態を検出
    して検出信号を発する検出器とを 具備して成る流体流動検出装置。
