Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ バーナを収納するバーナ室、バーナ室に連通
    する燃焼室、燃焼室内に横架した複数の伝熱管お
    よびこの各伝熱管が貫通する複数のフインからな
    る熱交換器、ならびに熱交換器を介して上記燃焼
    室に連通する排気室を備え、上記燃焼室の燃焼ガ
    スが各伝熱管の間をぬつて排気室に流入する燃焼
    装置において、 上記各伝熱管のうち排気室側に位置する伝熱管
    側で、かつその伝熱管における燃焼ガスの下流側
    直後に設けられるとともに、伝熱管の長手方向に
    わたつて燃焼ガスの流れと平行に配設した渦抑制
    板を設けたことを特徴とする燃焼装置の排気部構
    造。 ２ 上記渦抑制板の断面形状を、平形、流線形、
    または底辺が伝熱管の径以下に形成された三角形
    のうち、いずれか１つの形で、もしくは上記各形
    を組み合わせた形状であることを特徴とする請求
    項１に記載の燃焼装置の排気部構造。 ３ 請求項１または請求項２に記載の燃焼装置の
    排気部構造を備えた給湯機または給湯付風呂釜。
