【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水中に浸漬して超音波の送波ならびに受波
を行う水浸探触子において 超音波送受波面に被着され音響インピーダンス
が１．０〜１．８×１０６ Kg／m2Ｓを呈し吸水率
が低く且つ可とう性を有する部材よりなる防水板
を備えたことを特徴とする水浸探触子。 (2) 防水板の部材はシリコン樹脂である請求項
１記載の水浸探触子。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水中に浸漬して超音波の送波ならびに受波を
    行う水浸探触子において 超音波送受波面に被着され音響インピーダンス
    が１．０〜１．８Kg／m2Ｓを呈し吸水率が低く且
    つ可とう性を有する部材よりなる防水板を備えた
    ことを特徴とする水浸探触子。 防水板の部材はシリコン樹脂である請求項１
    記載の水浸探触子。
