られる如く構成されている。(Prior Art) Conventionally, for example, in X-ray fluoroscopic imaging of the digestive system, it is necessary to change the body position of a subject in various directions in order to move a contrast medium to a target site within the subject. In order to achieve this purpose, in an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, a subject is placed on a bed and the patient's body position is changed in multiple directions on the bed. Further, the subject is fixed on the bed by a shoulder rest device to prevent the subject from shifting or falling off the bed when changing body position. This type of subject shoulder support device is already known from Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-193810. In the subject shoulder rest device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-193810, the shoulder rest is moved in the longitudinal direction of the bed top according to the height of the subject by remote control, and is placed on both shoulders of the subject. The shoulder rest is configured to be placed against the shoulder rest.

That is, since the shoulder rest is located in the center of the bed top plate, the shoulder rest becomes a hindrance when endoscopic imaging or the like is performed from the bed side with the shoulder rest device attached. For this reason, the shoulder rest device must be removed from the bed one by one, which poses a problem in that it is inconvenient to set up the shoulder rest and subsequently release it.

ることが可能となる。(Function) By cutting down such means, the following effects are achieved. The shoulder rest mechanism is moved in the longitudinal direction of the top by the driving force of the driving means, and when the shoulder rest mechanism moves toward the head of the top by the driving force of the driving means, the retraction mechanism responds to the movement and moves the shoulder rest mechanism. evacuate to the side of the top plate. By providing such a retraction mechanism, that is, a retraction mechanism that retracts the shoulder rest mechanism to the side of the top plate when the shoulder rest mechanism is moved toward the head of the top plate by the driving means, the driving force of the drive means can be reduced. It can be used not only for moving the shoulder rest mechanism but also for retracting, and can be used as the only driving means, and by simply operating the driving means to move the shoulder rest mechanism toward the top head. ,
The shoulder rest mechanism can be reliably retracted, and by simply operating the drive means to move the shoulder rest mechanism toward the examinee's shoulder, the shoulder rest mechanism can be brought into contact with the examinee's shoulder from its retracted state. It is possible to reliably return to the normal state. Therefore, when the shoulder rest position is freely adjusted according to the height of the patient and the endoscope is operated from the head side of the bed with the patient's shoulder rest device attached to the bed. The shoulder rest mechanism does not get in the way and can be operated very easily, and there is no need to remove the shoulder rest mechanism from the top plate, which improves the operability of the shoulder rest mechanism, reduces the operational burden on the operator, and makes diagnosis easier. It becomes possible to reduce the time.

In FIG. 1, a subject shoulder rest device main body 1 is symmetrically attached to the upper end of a top plate 2 of a remote fluoroscopic photographing table.
The shoulder rest 3 is fixed to the tip of the support arm 4, and is adapted to be applied to both shoulders 6 of the subject 5, respectively. The support arm 4 is attached to a gear 8 so as to rotate about a rotation fulcrum pin 7 as a support shaft. The slide arm 9 has a dogleg shape, and a guide roller 10 is installed at one end of the dogleg and the curved part.
a and 10b are attached. The guide rollers 10a, 10b are engaged with a straight slide guide groove 14 whose upper quarter circle is bent, and are slid along this. Further, the rotation fulcrum pin 7 is attached to the other end of the slide arm 9, and the movement of the slide arm 9 in the slide guide groove 14 causes the shoulder rest 3 to move in the direction A'.
It is designed to be positioned on the shoulder 6. One end of the rack arm 11, that is, the rack portion 11a, is engaged with the gear 8, and the other end is fixed to the guide plate 12 by a pin 19 and can rotate about the pin 19 as a support shaft. The guide plate 12 has a triangular shape, and the guide roller 10 is attached to one end of the guide plate 12.
b are joined, and a guide plate roller 13 is provided at the other end. The guide roller 10b and the guide plate roller 13 are connected to the slide guide groove 14.
, and slides in the direction of arrow A, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the top plate. Further, the slide guide groove 14 is connected to the subject shoulder rest device main body 1. A drive motor (motor with reduction gear) 15 is installed at one end of the subject shoulder rest device body 1, and a drive sprocket 16 is attached to this drive motor 15.
The drive chain 18 is connected to the guide plate 12 via the idler sprocket 17, and the guide plate 1
2 moves in the longitudinal direction (direction A) of the top plate, the shoulder rest 3 moves in the direction A'.

It is designed to rotate in the D direction. Therefore, the support arm 4 rotates in the E direction, and the shoulder rest 3 is retracted to both sides of the top plate 2.
Next, the operation of the embodiment configured as described above will be explained. First, positioning of the shoulder rest 3 with respect to the subject 5 will be explained. The guide plate 12 is moved by the drive motor 15 via the drive sprocket 16 and the drive chain 18 along the slide guide groove 14 in the A direction, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the top plate. Then,

The shoulder rest mechanism is moved in the longitudinal direction of the top board by the driving force of the driving means, and when the shoulder rest mechanism is moved toward the head of the top board by the driving force of the driving means, the retracting mechanism moves against the movement. In response, the shoulder rest mechanism is retracted to the side of the top plate. By providing such a retraction mechanism, that is, a retraction mechanism that retracts the shoulder rest mechanism to the side of the top plate when the shoulder rest mechanism is moved toward the head of the top plate by the driving means, the driving force of the drive means can be reduced. It can be used not only for moving the shoulder rest mechanism but also for retracting, and can be used as the only driving means, and by simply operating the driving means to move the shoulder rest mechanism toward the top head. , the shoulder rest mechanism can be reliably retracted, and the shoulder rest mechanism can be brought into contact with the examinee's shoulder from its retracted state by simply operating the drive means to move the shoulder rest mechanism toward the examinee's shoulder. This improves the operability of the shoulder rest mechanism, reduces the operating burden on the operator, and reduces diagnosis time, while also allowing the shoulder rest mechanism to be retracted. It is possible to avoid the risk of an accident due to the top plate moving in the direction of the head of the patient without forgetting it, and the waste of adjustment operations such as making contact with the subject's shoulder while the shoulder rest mechanism is retracted.
