Claims (1)
- 調理器本体と、この本体内に設けられた加熱室
と、この加熱室内の食品を加熱するヒータと、上
記加熱室内に送風し、加熱調理に伴つて食品から
発生するガスを加熱室外に排出するフアンと、上
記加熱室から排出されたガスを、加熱室壁に沿つ
て上記調理器本体外に導出する排気ダクトと、こ
の排気ダクト壁に取り付けられ、上記加熱室から
排出されるガスの変化を検出するガスセンサとを
備え、このガスセンサと上記加熱室壁との間に遮
熱板を設けたことを特徴とする調理器。
