As an example of this, for example,
As shown in Publication No. 1, the upper chord of lattice material was assembled by welding to the inside of the tops of a plurality of mountain-shaped supports fixed to a deck plate.

Further, as described above, the lattice material is simply attached in a hanging state by welding from the inside of the top of the support material, so the weight of the lattice material is applied to this welded part, which poses a problem in terms of strength. Furthermore, during construction,
When connecting these lattice materials, the ends of the two top chord materials are connected via a connecting material, but since the top chord material is attached inside the top of the supporting material, the connecting material is attached to the upper chord through the supporting material. It had to be attached to the material. For this reason, the connecting material and the upper chord material did not come into close contact with each other, and the strength after construction was unstable. Furthermore, since there was nothing to temporarily place the binding material during the installation of the binding material, the installation work was difficult.

Further, since the upper chord member made of lattice material is attached while being placed on the flat top of the support member, the supporting strength is high and the stability is excellent. moreover,
By installing the upper chord material of the lattice material so as to be located outside the supporting material, even when attaching the connecting material to the upper chord material, it can be directly attached without using the supporting material.

First, the flat top portion 25 of the support member 5 is positioned perpendicularly to the joining corner of the upper chord member 2 and the bending reinforcement 4 of the lattice member 1, and is fixed by welding. At this time, the upper chord member 2 is supported while being placed on the flat top portion 25 of the support member 5, and the lattice member 1 is in a hanging state. Further, there are a plurality of lattice members 1 and supporting members 5, and they are arranged so as to intersect at the joining corner of the upper chord member 2 and the bending muscle 4. Next, the base portion 7 of the support member 5 is fixed to the convex portion of the deck plate 8 by welding. In addition, the L-shaped support plate 17
is attached to the lattice material 1. That is, with the tip of the horizontal piece 19 facing outward, the receiver formed on the vertical piece 20 is connected to the portion 22.
is attached to the end of the lower chord member 3 from below by welding. At this time, the lower surface of the horizontal piece 19 is set to be approximately at the same level as the lower surface of the deck plate 8.

As shown by imaginary lines in the figure, the upper chord member 2 and the lower chord member 3 can be fixed in close contact with each other, so that the strength after construction is stabilized. Further, the upper connecting material 16a can be temporarily placed on the flat top part 25 of the support material 5, and the lower connecting material 16b can be temporarily placed on the L-shaped support plate 17, making the installation work easier. .

Production efficiency can be improved. Further, at this time, since the upper chord of the lattice material is supported while being placed on the flat top of the support material, the weight of the lattice material is mainly applied to the support material. For this reason, the support strength of the lattice material is higher and the stability is superior compared to the conventional structure in which the lattice material is supported only by welding. Additionally, since the upper chord member is attached to be located outside the chevron-shaped portion of the support member, when attaching the tie member to the upper chord member, the upper chord member can be brought into close contact with the tie member. For this reason,
The strength after construction is stable. Further, the connecting material to be attached to the upper chord member can be temporarily placed on the flat top of the support member, and the connecting member to be attached to the lower chord member can be temporarily placed on the L-shaped support plate, making the attachment work easier. Additionally, by providing an L-shaped support plate, it can be stably installed on concrete formwork or steel beams.
