第１図は、この考案の一実施例を示す電子機器
の構成図、第２図はこの考案の特徴をなすヒート
シンク群の構成図、第３図はこの考案に係わるエ
レクトロニクスモジユール回りの電子機器の解体
図、第４図は従来装置の構成図、第５図は従来装
置のエレクトロニクスモジユールの固定方法を示
す外観図である。 １はエレクトロニクスモジユール、２はヒート
シンク、３はマニホールド、５は基板部、７はコ
ネクタ、１４はタンク、１５はポンプ、１６は熱
交換器、１７はシール、１８はストツパー、１９
はスプリング、２０はシート、２１は構造体の壁
である。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同
一符号を付して示してある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却を必要とするエレクトロニクスモジユール
    を複数個組み合わせて、自由曲面を有する構造体
    壁面上に構成される電子機器において電気信号の
    授受を行うコンタクトを有する直方体状のエレク
    トロニクスモジユールと、このそれぞれのエレク
    トロニクスモジユールに対し相対する平面を有し
    内部に冷媒流路を構成しこの流路の出入口側に円
    筒状のジヨイントを備えたヒートシンクと、この
    ヒートシンク群と同一面に構成され前記エレクト
    ロニクスモジユールのコンタクトとかん合し前記
    ヒートシンクに相当する凹状の溝を有するコネク
    タと、このコネクタの側面に相対して配置し、板
    状で所定径の穴を有する１対のストツパーと、前
    記ヒートシンク群と直交して構成し、相対する位
    置にジヨイントを有し所定寸法の円管状の２本の
    マニホールドと、このマニホールドと前記ヒート
    シンク間および前記ヒートシンク間のジヨイント
    部に挿入しゴム状でリング形状のシールと、前記
    １対のストツパーの穴とかん合する突起を有する
    板状のスプリングと、このスプリングと前記エレ
    クトロニクスモジユールの間に構成し、弾性を有
    し所定寸法のシートと、前記コネクタを多数配置
    し構造体壁面の自由曲面上に固定された所定厚さ
    の基板部と、前記マニホールドに冷媒を供給、回
    収できる冷却系を組んだことを特徴とする電子機
    器。
