- 円筒状容器１の中心部に、撹はん羽根３を先端
に付された回転軸２を配置され、前記円筒状容器
１の内周面に、短冊状に形成された邪魔板６を、
放射状に配列されて鉛直方向に付設され、前記邪
魔板６の近傍に、先端を閉塞された多孔質の中空
糸７又は多孔質の中空球体９を先端部に接続され
たガス導入管４を鉛直方向に取り付けられて成る
