  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 植物の種子に液化ガスを作用させて凍結する凍
    結手段６と、この凍結手段６で凍結した種子から
    外皮を剥皮する剥皮手段２と、凍結手段から剥皮
    手段に凍結種子を搬送する搬送手段１とを有する
    植物種子の剥皮装置において、 低温特性に優れた材質でそれぞれ形成したステ
    ータ１８とロータ１９とを所定間隔へだてて対置
    し、このステータ１８とロータ１９の各対向面部
    分に錐状突起２０をそれぞれ突設することにより
    形成した摩砕機で剥皮手段２を構成したことを特
    徴とする植物種子の剥皮装置。
