- タンク内面に接着剤を供給する供給部材と、接
着剤をタンク内面に沿つて延展する延展ローラと
、フツ素樹脂フイルムをタンク内面に供給するフ
イルム巻取り収納ロールと、前記フイルムをタン
ク内面に向けて吸引する真空排気部材と、前記フ
イルムをタンク内面の接着剤層に押付ける圧着用
ローラとを具えたことを特徴とするフツ素樹脂フ
イルム貼付け装置。
