    取りコンベアの始端部に掛けて設けられ、かつ、
    搬送中の短繊維ブロツク肉の後半部の下端前面部
    に接触面側の側面が当接して該後半部を受取りコ
    ンベアの中心線近傍まで案内するガイドコンベア
    と；を備え、 前記受取りコンベアの搬送速度は、前記ガイド
    コンベアの搬送速度より早くなるように形成され
    ていることを特徴とするカニ肉様練製品製造装置
