  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 陸屋根床部からの立ち上がりパラペツトの
    内側面にも防水層が形成され、立ち上がり防水層
    の表面は遮光性耐水性の保護パネルで覆い、保護
    パネルの上端ホルダーはパラペツト上端の笠木に
    取付け、保護パネルの下端ホルダーは床部に取付
    ける構造において、前記上端ホルダーは笠木の、
    床面側の方の垂下する側板部外側に係止させたこ
    とを特徴とする陸屋根床部からの立ち上がり部防
    水層用保護パネルの上端ホルダー取付け構造。 (2) 保護パネルの上端ホルダーの、保護パネル
    の上端を嵌合する下向き長「コ」字形抱持部の、
    笠木の床面側に垂下する側板部に添う垂下板部の
    上端は笠木側板部の外側上端部付近に、同垂下板
    部の下端は笠木の側板部下端部付近にそれぞれ係
    止させた請求項第１項記載の陸屋根床部からの立
    ち上がり部防水層用保護パネルの上端ホルダー取
    付け構造。
