Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve reflection brightness and to facilitate a work for attaching transparent beads by regularly providing recessed parts crosswise at constant pitches on the surface of a reflection layer and providing a thin adhesive layer on the recessed part so that the transparent bead may be fitted and fixed. CONSTITUTION:To The reflection layer 2 made of synthetic resin is formed on the surface of a screen base material 1 by a printing means and it is worked by an embossing roller simultaneously with printing so as to form the recessed part 3 on the surface of the layer 2. The adhesive layer 4 is thinly formed inside the recessed part 3 with the ultraviolet curing resin being a pressure sensitive adhesive, for example, and the transparent beads 5 are respectively fitted in the recessed parts 3 and fixed on the adhesive layers 4 by scattering the beads 5 on the screen base material 1. Thus, the work for attaching the beads 5 is extremely facilitated and the beads 5 are arrayed crosswise at the constant pitches with almost no gaps on the surface, so that the reflection brightness is remarkably improved and a very bright screen is obtained.

[Prior Art] There is a projection type television that projects images on a large screen, and conventionally, the screen has beads attached to it. In this type of bead screen, for example, as shown in Fig. 4, the screen base material a is a soft vinyl sheet or woven fabric fused or impregnated with soft vinyl, and the surface of this screen base material is covered with white soft vinyl. A transparent bead C is laminated to form a reflective layer, and the surface of the reflective layer has a light convergence property.
It has many attached. In this case, transparent beads C
The reflective layer is affixed by pressing it slightly into the reflective layer using an adhesive or the like to prevent it from peeling off easily.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] According to the conventional bead screen as described above, although the light reflection property is quite high, the reflected brightness is low and the brightness is insufficient, so it is difficult to see a clear image unless the room is darkened. It is said that it is not possible.

[Means for Solving the Problem] As a means for technically solving this problem, the present invention provides a method of forming recesses into which transparent beads are fitted regularly in the vertical and horizontal directions at a constant pitch on the surface of the reflective layer of a reflective screen. A thin adhesive layer is provided in the recessed portion, and transparent beads are fitted and fixed therein.

[Function] Since the transparent beads are uniformly arranged on the surface of the reflective layer with almost no gaps, the reflective brightness can be significantly improved. Further, since a recess into which the transparent beads fit is formed in advance on the surface of the reflective layer, and a thin adhesive layer is provided, the work of attaching the transparent beads is simplified.

In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 is a screen base material made of vinyl chloride, etc., on the surface of which a reflective layer 2 of synthetic resin is formed by printing means, and at the same time as printing, it is applied to an embossing roll (not shown). Recesses 3 are formed on the surface of the reflective layer 2. This recess 3 has a pitch P of 100 to 300 μm1
They have a radius of curvature R of 50 to 200 μm and are regularly formed vertically and horizontally. Reference numeral 4 denotes an adhesive layer provided on the inner surface of the recess 3, which can be formed thinly using, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an ultraviolet curing resin. 5 is a transparent bead, which can be a resin bead or a glass bead with an adjusted refractive index, and its diameter is slightly smaller than the pitch P and approximately twice the radius of curvature R of the recess 3. is formed. When the transparent beads 5 are scattered on the screen base material 1, they fit into the recesses 3 and form the adhesive layer 4.
Fixed by Therefore, the work of attaching transparent beads becomes very easy. When the adhesive layer 4 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the transparent beads 5 are lightly pressed through the plate-like member to ensure complete adhesion.

As shown in Figure 2, the bead screen formed in this way has transparent beads 5 arranged on its surface at a constant pitch vertically and horizontally with almost no gaps, so the reflective brightness is significantly improved and the screen is very bright. becomes. In this case, the light beam incident on the transparent beads 5 is reflected by the reflective layer 2 and irradiated from the transparent beads 5 as shown in FIG. Since they are in contact with each other, the reflection area increases and the light returns more efficiently.

In addition, the lower half of the transparent bead 5 fits into the recess 3 of the reflective layer 2 and is fixed by the adhesive layer 4, so the attached state is solid and the transparent bead 5 is prevented from peeling off or falling off. You can.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, the transparent beads are uniformly arranged on the surface of the reflective layer of the reflective screen with almost no gaps, so that the reflective brightness is significantly improved and a bright screen is formed. This allows you to see a clear projected image even in a bright room. In addition, a recess into which the transparent bead fits is formed in advance on the surface of the reflective layer, and a thin adhesive layer is provided in the recess, making the installation process of the transparent bead simple, without any variation, and with the ability to hold the transparent bead. It has excellent effects such as increasing the amount of water and preventing peeling and falling off.
