For heating and cooling of buildings, etc., cold or hot water produced by a refrigerator or water heater is stored in a heat storage tank inside a double slab of an underground foundation beam, and used for cooling or heating. It is. In the case of air conditioning, compared to the water thermal storage method, which uses relatively cheap late-night electricity to operate a refrigerator to create cold water, store it, and use it for cooling during the day, a method that cools the refrigerant and stores ice in a thermal storage tank is used. Making,
An ice heat storage system is being considered that melts the ice and uses cold water to provide air conditioning during the day. However, in such a system,
In conventional devices, the heat exchanger for ice making requires complicated processing, and it is also difficult to install it in the heat storage tank, resulting in considerable labor and cost.

る。 This idea attempts to solve this conventional drawback by using a flexible tube as a heat exchange tube, and a suitable ring-shaped support is attached to the tube to prevent ice from coming into contact with the inner wall of the heat storage tank. They are installed at intervals and placed in the heat storage tank, and the tubes are not supported or fixed in any other way, so they do not require any particularly complicated processing as a heat exchanger, and are easy to install in the heat storage tank. The present invention provides a heat exchanger for ice making in a heating and cooling system that is inexpensive to construct and easy to maintain.

Then, a refrigerant (propylene glycol, etc.) cooled by a refrigerator is passed through the heat exchange tube 1.

A ring part 21 around the tube 1 is attached to the floor 4 and supports the tube 1, so that ice does not stick to the floor. Furthermore, since the support is ring-shaped, even if the tube 1 rotates, the same degree of separation from the inner wall of the heat storage tank, such as the floor, can always be maintained. FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the iced pipe.

熱交換器を得たものである。 FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of how the heat exchanger is used, and the heat storage tank 6 is constructed using a double slab of the underground foundation beam of a building. Then, the heat exchange tube 1 of this invention is put into it from the manhole hole 7. Reference numerals 11 and 12 are inlets and outlets for refrigerant into the pipe 1.
The heat exchange tube 1 of this invention is bendable and supported by a support 2 on an inner wall such as a floor 4 of a tank 6. Then, if the refrigerant is passed through pipe 1, the water in the tank will flow into pipe 1.
Ice forms around the area, resulting in the condition shown in Figure 2 or Figure 3. As mentioned above, using relatively cheap late-night electricity, the refrigerator is operated at night to cool the refrigerant and pass it through the pipe 1, causing ice to form around the pipe 1. During the daytime cooling operation, the tank 6 If the water inside the tank is circulated, even if the water used for cooling returns to the tank warmed, the process of melting the ice, cooling it again, and then being used for cooling will continue until the ice runs out. hand,
This invention provides a heat exchanger that has an extremely simple structure, is easy to install, has low construction costs, and is easy to maintain.
