Claims (1)
に区画したバルブケーシングの流体導入側に、ダ
イアフラムによつて仕切つた制御チヤンバを設け
るとともに、このチヤンバ内に介装したばねによ
つて前記ダイアフラムを弾力的に支持し、ダイア
フラムの中央部に固定した弁ロツドに前記弁座を
開閉する弁体を取付け、バルブケーシングの流体
導出部と制御チヤンバ間にパイロツト圧流体通路
を設けたフローバルブ装置において、 バルブケーシングの上端部に蓋部材または発信
器を着脱自在に装着するための開口部を設けると
ともに、この開口部下方の制御チヤンバ上部内壁
に形成したねじ部に筒状のばねアジヤスタを上下
変位自在に螺合し、該ばねアジヤスタとダイアフ
ラムばね受けの間に前記ばねを介装したことを特
徴とするフローバルブ装置。 (2) バルブケーシングのばねアジヤスタ螺合部
に外部からばねアジヤスタを位置固定するピンを
