The present invention relates to an accumulator used for storing pressurized hot water. In recent years, at nuclear power plants, coal-fired power plants, etc., steam is stored in the form of pressurized hot water in accumulators before or during use for power generation during nights when electricity demand is low, such as at night, and during high loads such as during the daytime. A steam storage power generation system that uses stored pressure hot water to improve power generation output has been studied. On the other hand, during DSS operation at thermal power plants, turbine bypass steam is stored in the form of pressurized hot water in an accumulator to facilitate high-load operation. Termin bypass steam recovery systems that attempt to utilize the pressurized hot water are sometimes considered. Accumulators, which have been commonly used in the industrial field, are usually small with a capacity of up to 200 m 3 /unit, and the container is generally constructed from a processed iron plate, and the outer periphery is covered with insulating material. It had a structure wrapped in However, in steam storage power generation and turbine bypass steam recovery systems that require a hot water storage capacity of several thousand to several hundred thousand m3 , a large number of small pressure vessels are installed in order to reduce the cost of the entire system. It is desired to increase the capacity of each accumulator, and there is a limit to how large a conventional iron acumulator can be made because it becomes difficult to manufacture as the capacity increases. Therefore, in order to reduce manufacturing costs, technology to manufacture accumulators from concrete is also being considered. However, the storage pressure hot water in this case is
Steam storage power generation at a temperature of 200 degrees and a pressure of 20 to 60 kg/
cm 2 , and in the turbine bypass steam recovery system, the temperature is about 100 degrees Celsius and the pressure is about 10 kg/cm 2 , whereas the concrete for the structure needs a temperature of 70 to 90 degrees Celsius to maintain its integrity. Must be kept below. For this reason, the concrete accumulators that have been proposed so far have a liner attached to the inner surface of the container wall 4 as the internal structure of the concrete container 2 built on the concrete foundation 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. is attached to form an equal pressure area 6 on the inside side, and a heat insulating material 7 is attached in this equal pressure area 6.
A structure was adopted in which a steel internal container 8 was provided inside the equal pressure area 6 to protect the concrete container wall 4 from high pressure and high temperature. Therefore, in the above accumulator,
Although not particularly shown, it was necessary to provide a control system as an essential accessory equipment for adjusting the pressure in the isobaric region 6 according to the pressure of the hot water contained in the internal container 8. As described above, conventional concrete acumulators have complex structures and require a system to control the pressure in the isobaric area 6 in order to balance the pressure in the isobaric area 6 and the internal container 8. However, like a general iron accumulator, it is quite expensive, and there is a problem in that the overall equipment cost of the system increases. The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and
The purpose of this invention is to provide a concrete accumulator that can significantly improve the high price point that has been a problem with the accumulators that have been considered so far, and that can also have the required large volume. As a result of intensive research to achieve the above objective, the present inventors have developed a heat insulating material that not only exhibits high spalling resistance even when it comes into direct contact with pressurized hot water, but also has a high heat insulating effect. The present invention was developed through the development of the following. That is, the accumulator according to the present invention is made of concrete and serves as a closed container for storing high-temperature and high-pressure pressurized hot water, and includes a cylindrical concrete container with a lid and a bottom, and a concrete container below the concrete container. and a concrete foundation part that is integrally provided with the concrete container and supports the concrete container. It is equipped with ventilation holes. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. 4 to 6 are diagrams showing one embodiment of the present invention, and the accumulator 10 shown in these diagrams is
The foundation part 1 is made of concrete on the foundation pile 11.
2 is formed, and a cylindrical concrete container 13 with a bottom and a lid is constructed integrally with the foundation 12 using prestressed concrete on this foundation 12. Since the foundation part 12 is located at a position where heat dissipation is insufficient, even if ventilation holes 12a are formed inside and a uniform thin insulation material is used inside the concrete container 13, the temperature rise of the concrete due to pressurized hot water will be prevented. The structure is designed to be able to prevent this to the same extent as the part above. Also container 1
3 has a structure in which the wall portion 13a has increased strength by prestressing, as shown in FIG. A heat insulating material 15 made of flint-resistant material, which will be described later, is adhered to the entire inner surface of the container 13. This heat insulating material 15 has heat resistance and pressure resistance, and has the function of protecting the concrete wall portion 13a from the pressurized hot water contained inside the container 13. Furthermore, in this example, a liner 17 made of steel is provided on the inner surface of the heat insulating material 15. This liner 17 may be provided as needed, but since the stored pressurized hot water is sent to the boiler etc. again, it is preferable to provide the liner 17 so that the hot water can be kept as clean as possible. Furthermore, since the temperature and pressure inside the container frequently fluctuate during use, it is preferable to protect the heat insulating material 15 with the liner 17, so it is provided as appropriate. Next, the heat insulating material 15 used in the present invention will be explained. The heat insulating material 15 is made of firestone.
As is well known, this anti-firestone is rhyolitic porous lava that is produced in the Izu Seven Islands, Niijima, Shikinejima, Kozushima, and the foothills of Mt. Amagi in Shizuoka Prefecture. Table 1 shows an example of the composition of anti-flame rock. In order to form a heat insulating material using firestone that has such an optical component, it is first coarsely pulverized and then finely pulverized to form a powder, and then a foaming agent is added to this powder, the mixture is pressed, etc. It is molded into a predetermined shape using

[Table] After heating, take it out of the heating furnace and cool it to obtain a heat insulating material. The heat insulating material manufactured in this way has high pressure resistance, exhibits excellent spalling resistance and heat insulation properties, and can withstand pressure heat at the aforementioned temperature of 200-odd degrees and pressure of 20 to 60 kg/cm 2. Concrete from water can be maintained at a temperature range of 70-90℃. The thickness of the heat insulating layer formed by the heat insulating material 15 is determined depending on the usage conditions of the accumulator, and for example, when used in a turbine bypass steam recovery system, approximately 35 cm is appropriate. The components of the anti-flame rock used as the material for the heat insulating material 15 are not limited to the examples shown in the table above, and variations in the components are allowed within the range that maintains the properties of the heat insulating material. be. Therefore, in the accumulator 10 of the present invention having the above configuration, the reinforced concrete wall 13a of the container 13 is thermally protected from the pressurized hot water stored inside by the heat insulating material 15, and is kept at a sufficiently low temperature. Since the concrete container 13 is allowed to sag, the integrity of the concrete container 13 is maintained, and the structure is simplified because there is no need to protect the heat insulating material by providing an isobaric area that matches the stored hot water, as in the case of the accumulators that have been considered so far. It can be manufactured at low cost. In the above embodiments, the container shape is cylindrical, but it is not limited to this shape. For example, the present invention can also be applied to a container having an oval vertical cross section as shown in FIG. Needless to say. As explained above, the concrete accumulator of the present invention has the following excellent effects. a. If an attempt is made to manufacture a closed container that can withstand high temperatures and pressures using concrete, which is difficult to maintain its integrity under long-term high temperature conditions, the concrete will deteriorate due to high temperatures and will no longer be able to withstand high pressure, resulting in the container being unable to be used as a closed container. In order to prevent this, a special insulating structure was required between the contents and the concrete container, which was difficult to increase in size and was costly. By providing a heat insulating material,
The concrete airtight container can be maintained at a temperature that allows it to maintain its integrity, making the special structure unnecessary, making it possible to increase the size of the accumulator, and making it possible to manufacture large accumulators at low cost. Moreover, it can be easily constructed. b As mentioned above, it is possible to increase the size of a concrete accumulator by using a heat insulating material made of firestone, but the bottom (foundation) of the accumulator has a structure that supports the large accumulator. First, it needs to be thicker than other parts of the accumulator, and at least its bottom surface will come into contact with the ground, etc., and there is a possibility that a part of it will be buried.
Although there is a possibility that the heat dissipation performance deteriorates extremely and the temperature exceeds the temperature at which the above-mentioned soundness can be maintained, by providing ventilation holes in the foundation part, the heat dissipation performance of the foundation part can be improved and the size of the accumulator can be increased. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the foundation from becoming damaged due to high temperatures and loss of sealing performance under high pressure, making it possible to truly increase the size of the concrete accumulator. In other words, when increasing the size of a concrete accumulator, the foundation of the accumulator may be damaged in order to make it thick enough to withstand the load of the accumulator, and the foundation may lose its sealing performance under high pressure. By providing ventilation holes in the foundation, the concrete foundation can be maintained at a temperature that maintains its integrity, making it possible to increase the size of the concrete accumulator.
