    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 接合する方形断面又は円形断面の２つの導波管
    の端部フランジの対向面にシール用ナイフエツジ
    部とその内周寄りの電気的接触用ナイフエツジ部
    とをそれぞれ形成し、上記２つのナイフエツジ部
    同士間にガスケツトを介装したうえフランジ外周
    縁寄りを締め付けボルトで締め付けたことを特徴
    とする導波管接合部構造。
