    るコロナ放電器において、 コロナ放電器の一端に配設されコロナワイヤが
    巻回された第１リールと、コロナ放電器の他端に
    配設され第１リールからのコロナワイヤをコロナ
    放電器内に張設して巻取る第２リールと、第２リ
    ールの回転軸に結合された回転体と、回転体に接
    触し回転体に対して相対的に移動可能に設けられ
    た接触部とを備え、回転体と接触部との相対的移
    動により、回転体が回転して第２リールにコロナ
    ワイヤが巻取られることを特徴とするコロナ放電
    器。
