Claims (1)
- 導光路とこの導光路を横切る貫通孔とを形成し
た装置本体、前記導光路の両端に設けた発光素子
及び受光素子と、上面を円錐形に形成し、前記装
置本体の貫通孔へ進退可能に支持させた測定ピン
と、前記装置本体から退出した測定ピンの上面に
エアーを吹付けるエアーノズルとを備え、前記装
置本体の貫通孔へ挿入したスポツト溶接用電極を
導光路内で測定ピンに支持させ、受光素子の受光
量により良否判定するようにしたことを特徴とす
るスポツト溶接用電極の形状検査装置。
