  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力端子と出力端子間に設けられたチヨークコ
    イルとダイオードの直列回路と、上記チヨークコ
    イルとダイオードの接続点と接地間に設けられた
    スイツチングトランジスタと、入力電圧を電源と
    して上記スイツチングトランジスタをオンオフ制
    御するスイツチング制御回路とからなる昇圧型ス
    イツチングレギユレータにおいて、 接地側にコンデンサ、入力端子側に抵抗を接続
    してなるＣＲ時定数回路と、上記スイツチングト
    ランジスタのコレクタまたはドレインと上記コン
    デンサとの間に上記コンデンサの充電電荷放電用
    のダイオードを設け、 上記ダイオードと出力端子間に接続された出力
    制御用トランジスタを含み、上記コンデンサの充
    電電圧低下時に上記出力制御用トランジスタをオ
    ンさせる出力制御回路を設けたことを特徴とする
    昇圧型スイツチングレギユレータ。
