Claims (1)
- ノズル本体の内表面および先端凸曲面の金型へ
の当接部に、耐摩耗性および耐食性に優れた材料
が一体に被覆されてなる射出成形機用ノズルにお
いて、ノズル本体の内表面形状が、先端部に金型
への当接部を含む球面部と同径の孔が穿設され、
且つその孔とノズル本体の内径とのつなぎ部分が
１２０度以下のテーパ角度で先端方向に広がるテ
ーパに形成されてなることを特徴とする射出成形
機用ノズル。
