Claims (1)
- 電源に接続され負荷の電力開閉を逆並列に接続
されたスイツチング素子で行なう無接点接触器に
あつて、前記スイツチング素子のそれぞれのアノ
ード側に抵抗と、スイツチング素子と並列に接続
されるコンデンサと、ゲート側で接続されるＦＥ
Ｔとからなる直列回路と、前記ＦＥＴを前記スイ
ツチング素子と並列に接続したＦＥＴの出力信号
と、前記スイツチング素子のゲート信号と同期す
る外部入力信号とを比較する比較回路とからなり
、前記比較回路により、オン、オフ時のスイツチ
ング素子の順方向電圧降下を検出することによつ
て故障状態の判別を行なうことを特徴とする無接
点接触器の故障検出回路。
