Claims (1)
グによつて閉方向に付勢されている絞り弁を、小
開度範囲において緩やかに閉弁させるための絞り
弁閉弁遅延装置であつて、前記絞り弁の回動軸を
介して前記絞り弁と一体に回動する回動レバー1
06が前記絞り弁が小開度となつた時一端に当接
する作動桿1と、該作動桿1の他端に固定されて
いるダイアフラム2と、該ダイアフラム2の前記
作動桿1とは反対側に、前記回動レバー106と
前記作動桿1との当接によつて圧力が上昇する第
1の圧力室4を形成する合成樹脂成形になる第1
の筺体3と、前記第1の圧力室4内に配置され前
記第1の圧力室4の容積を拡大する方向に前記ダ
イアフラム2を付勢するスプリング5と、前記第
1の筺体3の鍔部3−1に前記ダイアフラム2の
周縁を挟持して加締めによつて固定され前記作動
桿1の案内筒6−1を形成し、前記ダイアフラム
2との間に大気に連動する第1の大気圧室7を形
成する、金属板のプレス成形になる第2の筺体6
とからなるダツシユポツト101と; 第1のエアフイルタ9を介して前記第1の圧力
室4と連通する第2の圧力室10と第2のエアフ
イルタ11を介して大気に連通し前記ダツシユポ
ツト101とは反対側に形成される第2の大気圧
室12との間を区画し、前記第2の圧力室10か
ら前記第2の大気圧室12へ流出する空気流量を
制限するオリフイス13が形成されると共に前記
第2の大気圧室12から前記第2の圧力室10に
向かつて開弁する逆止弁14を備えた透孔15が
