Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内筒、外筒および両筒間に介在された一対のア
    ダプタにより環状空間が形成され、該環状空間が
    、内筒外周面に突設されたベーンにより、弧状空
    間に分割されると共に、該弧状空間を更に周方向
    に分割するべく外筒内周面にベーンが突設され、
    両ベーン間に流体を供給することにより外筒が内
    筒に対して相対的に回転するロータリアクチユエ
    ータにおいて、前記外筒の内周面に突設されたベ
    ーンに、内筒の外周面および一対のアダプタの相
    対向端面に接する樹脂製のＣ状シール部材を装着
    し、一対のアダプタの相対向端面外縁部には、樹
    脂製の環状シール部材を前記Ｃ状シール部材の両
    端部に接して装着したことを特徴とするロータリ
    アクチユエータ。
