Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 連続したシートを所定長さ巻芯に巻き取らせ
    て切断することにより、複数の巻芯に所定長さの
    シートを順次巻き取らせるシート巻取装置におい
    て、 前記シートの搬送方向に一定の間隔をあけて配
    置された一対のロール間に無端ベルトを掛け渡し
    たベルトコンベヤ装置と、支持アームの先端部に
    巻芯が回動自在に且つ着脱自在に装着される巻芯
    支持装置と、前記ベルトコンベヤ装置の下流側に
    配備されたシート切断装置とを備え、 前記巻芯に所定長さのシートを巻き取らせた後
    、該巻芯を支持アームから外して下流側に移動さ
    せるとともに、支持アームに取り付けた別の巻芯
    を前記無端ベルト上のシートに一定の負荷重の下
    に載置した状態でシートを切断しその端部を巻芯
    に巻き付け、前記無端ベルトを特定方向に回転さ
    せることにより、シートを巻芯に巻き取らせるよ
    うにしたことを特徴とするシート巻取装置。 ２ 前記ベルトコンベヤ装置の上流側に配備され
    、該ベルトコンベヤ装置のベルト回走速度と等し
    い速度でシートを一定の速度で搬送する送り装置
    と、前記巻芯支持装置に配備され、先端部の巻芯
    に対し接触・離反可能に配備された巻付ロールと
    、前記ベルトコンベヤ装置の無端ベルトの下流端
    付近に配備されたテンシヨンロールとを備えた請
    求項１記載のシート巻取装置。
