In addition, dust-free materials are also being used for clothes and shoes themselves.

These cloth shoes are made by integrally combining a sole made of rubber material and a foot cover made of synthetic fiber, and either a fastener for opening and closing is provided from the upper front edge of the foot cover downward, or a conductive material is mixed into the entire sole. The foot cover is made of rubber material, and the foot cover is made of synthetic fiber cloth woven with conductive fibers, which prevents the foot cover from being charged with static electricity.

効果は必しも十分ではなかつた。 However, when working using dust-proof cloth shoes with the structure described above, the soft cloth foot covers are directly connected to the soles of the shoes, so when walking, the sides of the foot covers that wrap around the feet can move from side to side. Occasionally, the worker would slip and step on the chemical solution that was scattered on the floor, and the chemical solution would seep into the interior through the fabric, causing chemical burns for the worker and causing sprain accidents. Also,
Since the toe part of the shoe has a sealed structure, it is not only inconvenient to put on and take off the shoe, but also because it is difficult to wash the toe part, foreign matter tends to accumulate there, which becomes a source of dust. Furthermore, although the entire sole of the shoe is made of rubber material mixed with a conductive substance, the antistatic effect is not necessarily sufficient.

Because they are connected, the worker's feet are safely supported by the thick soles and thick reinforcing fabric, without shifting from side to side during work walking, thus preventing dangerous chemicals from spilling onto the floor. Even if there are chemicals scattered around, safety can be ensured by preventing the chemical solution from penetrating through the thin fabric of the conventional foot cover.

If an insole or the like is provided, it becomes easy to put in and take out the insole. In particular, the fabric shoes of the present invention, which take into account the ease of washing, can reliably reduce the possibility of introducing dust sources into clean rooms where strict cleanliness is required. Extremely useful as cloth shoes.
