Claims (1)
- 測定すべき流体が流される流路と、この流路内
をメイン通路とバイパス通路とに仕切る仕切り壁
と、メイ通路に設けられ、このメイン通路を流れ
る流体の流量を測定する流量センサと、バイパス
通路に設けられ、前記流路内の流体の流量が増加
するに従い、バイパス流路の流路断面積を大きく
するように、その開度が可変される流量制御弁と
を具備したことを特徴とする流量測定装置。
